About

Jennifer Aune, M.A., LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 19 years experience in counseling individuals, couples and families.

I use a variety of techniques that are tailored to meet the needs of my clients with a special emphasis in cognitive behavioral therapy or “CBT”.

Areas of specialty include treating couples with relationship issues and substance abuse disorders. I also work with women with self esteem/self worth issues, codependency and narcissistic personality disorder. I work with patients to aid in healing unconscious limiting thoughts and beliefs, as well as unresolved trauma.

Counseling sessions can provide a supportive environment and a road map to guide individuals and families as they navigate through new terrain that is often times filled with fear, uncertainty, and grief.

Brooke Duffy Roberts, Ph.D.

Healing occurs in the conversation; in the relationship between you and your therapist; we will  seek to find solutions for you in all of the relationships you experience.  I offer solution focused and cognitive behavioral strategies to help find solutions for  everyday problems and old hurts.
I have a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been a therapist for 17 years.
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to lower anxiety, tension, and depression while building strategies so that clients can enjoy their lives more easily and thoroughly.
